I am a Holistic Life, Divorce & Relationship Coach
With a sincere passion for helping women through difficult transitions while simultaneously helping them to figure out who they are at the core and how to live more in alignment with that to be happier and more fulfilled and live a life of purpose and joy! Our relationship with others starts with our relationship with ourselves, so I like to take that spotlight and shine it on YOU! We tap into that inner child, uncover all of those limiting beliefs, fears, blocks, and insecurities that get in your way as well as your gifts, patterns, and how you tend to show up in the world around you, both on a good day and when life hands you something hard. We work to help you adapt to your new normal, transform and heal through the process, and eventually get to a place of thriving!
